Would you like to be supported navigating life with a neurodivergent child?

Would you value learning some simple steps to make day-to-day life easier?

Would you like to advocate for your child to get the support that they need, want and deserve from educational/leisure settings?

Are you ready to prioritise your needs and self-care so that you can give from a plentiful, not resentful, place and balance the needs of your family with your own wellbeing?

Would you like to have more harmonious relationships with your family, friends, supporters and providers?

Why group coaching?

Group coaching, the way I do it, offers many rewards.  Firstly, you’ll get a one-to-one session with me at the beginning to focus on you and you’ll then get the benefit of the questions, experiences, thoughts, views and support not just from me, but from the other members of the group during the group coaching calls.

Group coaching is available at a lower investment than my one-to-one coaching and mentoring immersion, and it could be right for you if you’re not ready for the laser-focus of ongoing one-to-one work or you’re not ready/able to invest at that level.

What does group coaching involve?

Your first session will be a one-to-one with me via Zoom so that we can get to know each other and I can find out about the challenges you are facing and what you want/need support with

We’ll then meet online with other members of the group for group coaching

There will be 3 group coaching sessions held fortnightly, normally on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month from 12.30-1.30 pm on Zoom

You will become a member of the Group Coaching WhatsApp Group where you can ask questions any time and I will respond on a Monday and Thursday. Other members of the group will also share their questions, suggestions and support

All you’ll need to bring with you is an open mind and the desire to thrive

During our work, if I identify that you have further needs that are best supported elsewhere I will discuss this with you and we’ll agree how to integrate that with our work.

The aim of group coaching is to support you to:

  • Put your needs first and set clear boundaries
  • Constructively advocate for your child to get the support they need, want and deserve
  • Feel seen, heard, valued, respected contented, centred, confident, energised and be a pleasure to spend time with
  • Enjoy more harmonious relationships with family, friends and professionals in your life

If we work together, I promise to:

  • Respond to your questions (during calls or in the WhatsApp group) using my knowledge, skills and experience and those of the other members of the group
  • Use my intuition and skills to “see” what’s really going on for you and if the stories that you tell yourself are real
  • Be gentle when you need me to be gentle, non-judgemental, and to hold the mirror up to keep you accountable when you need that

Working with me means you will have someone walking beside you who understands your life
and is there to support you to thrive not just survive.
